If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us right away so that we can do better - we wish your experience to be joyful.

LolaBells is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you would like additional insurance. When your package is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you using the information you provide during checkout. We package all products to protect them through shipping, however, should an item get damaged, lost or stolen during shipping, a claim should be made by you with USPS. Please contact us there is anything we can help with or do better to make your experience more joyful.
