SHIPPING
We ship to the continental United States using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout as well as shipping options. Delivery and pick up are not offered at this time.
Packages are generally packed and mailed within 2-4 working days from receipt of payment. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us for more options.
PAYMENT & SALES TAX
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and other popular payment methods through our payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) during checkout. We do require a telephone number just in case we may need to contact you regarding your order.
Applicable sales taxes are added at check unless you provide a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the items ship-to location prior to placing the order.
Website Orders
Most of our items are one of a kind. Please note that putting an item in your cart does NOT hold the item for you; someone else can put the item in their cart and purchase it even though it is in another cart.
Live Sale Event Claims and Purchase Procedure
Live sales claims must be paid for within 48 hours of the end of the live show. As soon as the show is over, we will begin putting claims on the website as one item per claimant - the item will be named with the claimant's profile name and contain all the products claimed during the live sale and include a total product cost. Shipping will be added during checkout.
To purchase the claimed items, use the website search feature to search for the profile name you used when you claimed the items, put the item in your basket and go through the checkout process. If your claims have not been purchased within 48 hours they will be put back and you maybe banned from participating in further live sale events.
GIFT CARDS
Valid gift cards may be used to purchase products both on the website and on live sale events. Valid discount codes maybe used in conjunction with valid gift cards, however discount codes may not be used to purchase gift cards. Gift cards are not refundable in total or in part. Please take care of your gift card code(s) as they are valid to anyone presenting the valid card code during checkout. LolaBells does not take responsibility for the redemption of any lost or stolen codes. If your gift card was lost or stolen, please contact us right away so we can check on the redemption status, cancel or resend the code to you.
DISCOUNTS
Occasionally we will provide discount codes / coupons. Generally, codes are one time use per person, or only valid for the person it was sent to, or for only certain items. Please do not share discount codes as they are a for our valued and loyal customers. Please refer to any disclaimers and/or instructions attached to the code(s) when you receive them.
